    Love the comments on Week 5. I am back at the gym, at the moment just once a week as Alby hates the creche !! I have been walking on the treadmill for 2 minutes then joggin for 2 minutes and getting upto 25 minutes on this one. I will have to look up the couch to 5km as that sounds interesting. I do get some walking time at night when kids asleep but will have to increase that one, if only I had a treadmill at home, you lucky girl !!Good luck, you are going so well. I am hoping now that I have booked a flight back to the UK in June, it'll give me more motivation.

  2. Thanks Jo, we are luckily we have a treadmill, we rent and the owner left it for us to use so that is the motivation to use it.
    Good to hear you're getting back on it, I would thoroughly recommend the couch to 5k, it's not as tough as it sounds building you up gradually.
    You might also like the Fitness Pal app - it's free and allows you to track all your food, gives you a daily calorie allowance, so if you don't exceed it it you lose weight win win.
    Are you all going back in June? how long for? hope you are the boys are well.
